These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YogaGeek (the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
YogaGeek lets you browse a library of yoga poses, build custom yoga sequences, and practice with guided, timed sessions. Content in the App — including pose illustrations, alignment cues, and sequence templates — is provided for instructional and informational purposes only.
YogaGeek is not directed at children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the yoga sequences, custom pose names, breath cues, and notes you create in the App ("User Content"). By creating User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App to you (for example, syncing it across your devices).
Pose illustrations and reference images in the App are generated using artificial intelligence tools. They are intended for instructional reference only, do not depict real people, and may occasionally contain minor anatomical inaccuracies.
Yoga and other physical activity carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. The App and its content, including AI-generated imagery and pose instructions, are not a substitute for in-person instruction from a qualified yoga teacher or advice from a medical professional. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise practice, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. You assume all risk associated with your use of the App and your yoga practice, and you agree that YogaGeek is not liable for any injury or harm arising from your use of the App.

The App, including its design, pose illustrations, and all content we provide (excluding your User Content), is owned by YogaGeek and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from App content outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the App.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase for account management and data storage, and optionally Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for authentication. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 11, and 12) will continue to apply.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pose content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual physical condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaGeek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any injury sustained while following pose instructions or sequences in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
